In order to make usb-creator work not only in UEFI mode but also in BIOS
mode, please replace the version in precise, trusty and wily with the
*cloning* version in xenial, version 0.3.2.

That version, usb-creator version 0.3.2, should be tested enough by now,
to be reliable.
