[Bug 1596565] [NEW] Installing sugested package unrar does nothing.

Public bug reported:

I'm running Kubuntu 16.04, and Ark 15.12.3. The ark package suggests the
packages unrar and unrar-free, but installing either of those does not
allow the user to uncompress rar archives. Instead, p7zip-rar must be
installed, a package that is recommended or suggested by ark.

The unrar and unrar-free suggestions should be removed and p7zip-rar
should be added as a suggestion to make it more clear to the end user
which packages need to be installed.
