[Bug 1595888] [NEW] k3b silently and cluelessly denies overburning

Public bug reported:

When (over)burning a DVD ISO, the application silently refuses to do it, until I enable overburning feature.
I would expect a warning dialog saying: the iso image is too large! Try enabling overburning.
