The issue is that when Kaffeine plays a remote file, it loads it into
/tmp.  But whenever the file is played again or restarted, Kaffeine
tries to redownload the file instead of using the cached version in
/tmp. Ideally, it would recognize that the file which is requested to be
played is already in /tmp and load from that location instead.
