[Bug 1532192] [NEW] USB-Stick with Ext4 is not mounted with correct user

Public bug reported:

When a USB stick with ext4 filesystem is mounted using the dolphin, the
generated directory (/media/<user>/<USB-UUID>) has the wrong user (root
instead of the current user).
