[Bug 1532035] [NEW] On Ubuntu 12.10 Konqueror's introduction page, all svg icons failed to be displayed(but exist)

This bug could be reproduced on Ubuntu 12.10.

Refer to the screenshot, all icons in the introduction page are missing,
however if you view each icon image individually you can still find them
exist under /usr/share/icons/breeze/*
