when launching kate from the console it gives this output:

xubuntu at xubuntu:~$ kate
Icon theme "oxygen" not found.
Icon theme "oxygen" not found.
Error: standard icon theme "oxygen" not found!


when activating spellcheck it gives these errors:
Hspell: can't open /usr/share/hspell/hebrew.wgz.sizes.
HSpellDict::HSpellDict: Init failed
No language dictionaries for the language: "en"
