Seems to be saying the issue is fixed in 16.04 but I just installed KDE
plasma desktop on 13 Feb 2016 most updated 16.04 and it has the same
issue:

E: /var/cache/apt/archives/kde-config-telepathy-accounts_4%3a15.08.2-0ubuntu1_amd64.deb: trying to overwrite '/usr/share/accounts/services/google-im.service', which is also in package account-plugin-google 0.12+15.10.20150914-0ubuntu1
E: /var/cache/apt/archives/sni-qt_0.2.7+15.10.20150729-0ubuntu1_amd64.deb: trying to overwrite shared '/etc/xdg/sni-qt.conf', which is different from other instances of package sni-qt:amd64

-f does not fix.  Removing accounts-plugin-google forces uninstall of
mate desktop.
