[Bug 1545028] [NEW] Kubuntu Desktop gets stuck with kscreen configuration using displayport with MST

Public bug reported:

I have 2 external monitors conected in daisy chain using the displayport
MST feature.

If I shutdown my machine with the kscreen configuration I like and I
start it again with the screens connected, KDE gets stuck at the
progress bar after login.

The workaround is to basically remove the kscreen configuration out of the way:
mv .local/share/kscreen/ /tmp/

Could you please look into it, its a pretty annoying bug.
