- Update cmake version for 16.04
+ [upgrade request] Update cmake version for 16.04

** Tags added: upgrade-software-version

** Description changed:

The Ubuntu 16.04 alpha still only contains cmake 3.2. It would be really
good to update to 3.4.3 or at least 3.3. CMake changed a lot the last
1-2 years and 3.4 is really required for any modern development. 16.04
will come out in 2016 after all!
