Reverse-Build-Depends

* digikam (for libjasper-dev)
* kde4libs (for libjasper-dev)
* kimageformats (for libjasper-dev)
* kopete (for libjasper-dev)
The last 4 are KDE stuff. Since these packages have already removed
their jasper dependency in Debian, you should be able to just copy
what's already been done.
