Thanks for taking your time to report this issue and help making Ubuntu
better.

I can confirm this issue in kwalletmanager 4:15.12.3-0ubuntu1 on Ubuntu
Yakkety. The only import option which did something was "Import
encrypted" which opened a file browser, but I don't see how this dialog
would be different.
