[Bug 1610862] [NEW] The login password in virtual KB need to click backspace key twice to delete a character when Screen Reader is opened

Steps:
1.Launching virtual KB and Screen Reader in login page to input password.
2.Then backspace the password.
3. Find there is need to click backspace twice to delete a password character with virtual KB

** Affects: kvkbd (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
