[Bug 1493686] [NEW] System Tray entry settings (Auto/Shown/Hidden) not remembered

Public bug reported:

Enter system tray settings. Change one of the Entries settings, such as
dropbox, to "Hidden". The icon hides for th session. Log out and back
in, and restart dropbox. The tray icon is no longer hidden.
