Public bug reported:
You can't change cursor theme on SDDM settings. At first the cursor
theme seems to be set but if you close the settings and go back, the old
cursor theme is back.
I opened a bug report on KDE and it seems to work on openSUSE 13.2 with
Plasma 5.4.0.
