[Bug 1510913] [NEW] ibkonq-common install .desktop to wrong position cause dolphin's service menu lost

kubuntu 15.10
KDE Plasma Version: 5.4.2
Qt VERSION: 5.4.2
Dolphin 4:15.08.2
libkonq-common 4:15.08.2-0ubuntu1

All Dolphin's service menu such as "ark compress... , konsole open here"
are lost.

With:
cp /usr/share/kde4/servicetypes/konqdndpopupmenuplugin.desktop /usr/share/kservicetypes5/
cp /usr/share/kde4/servicetypes/konqpopupmenuplugin.desktop /usr/share/kservicetypes5/
restart dolphin, the all lost menus come back

Seems KDE 5 move its services file /usr/share/kservicetypes5/, but
libkonq-commo still install its service menu to old directory.
