[Bug 1504626] Re: kwalletd error on login "Configuration file //.config/kwalletd5rc not writable

After this morning upgrade on two machines, the message "Configuration
file "//.config/kwalletd5rc" not writable..." does not happen anymore.
But now, KDE/Plasma is much very long to launch. I do not know if this
this due to the kwallet upgrade, but the message was far less annoying
than to wait one minute for KDE to start !
