12.04/14.04 still use KDE-SC4 / Qt4 / LightDM KDM

pls do _not_ compare it with Vivid+Wily which uses Plasma-5 / KF-
Applications# [whatever] / SDDM

AND donot compare LTS-Versions wt extended support - to STS-Versions wt
just 9 month lifecycle.

Do not lead people astray - just open a new bug as suggested.
