** Description changed:

- On a new install of Kubuntu 15.10 the "Swap CapsLock and Escape feature"
- is disabled after returning from suspend. This feature worked fine in
- all versions of Kubuntu 6.06 until 14.10. I did not test Kubuntu 15.04.

+  - New install of Kubuntu 15.10 on a Lenovo G560 laptop
+  - External USB keyboard connected to laptop
+  - Use of feature "Swap CapsLock and Escape"
  
- I'm not sure in which package is the issue.
+ When removing the external keyboard's USB plug, then putting it back,
