[Bug 1459443] [NEW] Reenable gpssync plugin in digikam

Public bug reported:

In https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/digikam/4:4.10.0-0ubuntu2, we
commented out the install files for the gpssync plugin since the
libkgeomap source isn't available yet in the archive.  When these files
are uncommented, I believe the gpssync icons will need their path
updated as well since the files seem to have a string now prepended to
them.
