[Bug 1457004] [NEW] kdegames and other meta are gone

Public bug reported:

from the update from utopic to vivid
nearly all meta packages like kdegames are gone.

they are still in the sourcecode but they aren't be builded anymore.

and the changelog does not show that this was on purpose.
