It shouldn't have because it resulted in a new bug where SDC can now
only create bootable iso's of the same arch as the host and the steps
below should be followed to address that issue in Utopic:

It's simply not true that "it doesn't fix all the existing issue" - it
introduces an entirely new bug therefore earning verification-failed
status.
