thank's! Work for me :-)

I've tested (for now in a UNclean 15.04 ubuntu PC sorry).
I've enable proposed following the example of the page you suggested
sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get install python3-pyqt5.qsci/vivid-proposed

and now this command:

python3 -c "from PyQt5 import Qsci"

work with non crash
Also eric6 work!    Thank's a lot!

This evening I will install a new machine and try this "proposed" on a
clean install
