[Bug 1451731] [NEW] In kubuntu vivid, system settings "online account" has button to add google account, but button does nothing

To reproduce:

Go to system settings
Press online accounts
Press create button

A list of buttons appear (Gadu, Google, Sametime, etc).  All buttons
open a dialog to configure the service. The google button does nothing.
Please remove it.
