Public bug reported:
Hi!
Using Kubuntu 15.04, the program checkXML is showing a lot of error
messages.
Note: If the error messages were like:
index.docbook:8: warning: failed to load external entity "dtd/kdedbx45.dtd"]>
index.docbook:10: parser error : Entity 'language' not defined
[...]
then I copied the "dtd" directory from e.g. "/usr/share/kf5/kdoctools/customization/dtd/" and tried again.
Steps to reproduce the bug:
- Download the latest (at this moment) "index.docbook" of Konsole from:
http://quickgit.kde.org/?p=konsole.git&a=blob&h=1f74d585e0268c2e937ad989250d15a72ecae2e2&f=doc%2Fmanual%2Findex.docbook&o=plain
- Execute
checkXML index.docbook
- See that it shows a lot of error messages:
index.docbook:2: element para: validity error : ID gnu-fdl already defined
element div: validity error : ID header already defined
element div: validity error : ID header_content already defined
[...]
I tried the same, but in Kubuntu 14.04, after having installed the
package kdelibs5-dev, and... there were no error messages.
I'm available for further testing. Thanks!
