As this dependency is required for qtcreator to function properly, the
dependency should be in qtcreator's DEBIAN/control

** Package changed: qt-sdk (Ubuntu) => qtcreator (Ubuntu)

** Description changed:

- On qtcreator's welcome screen i am used to find a projectmanager/sessionmanager to open previous used projects. But this screen is empty! 
- With QtCreator 3.0, this projectmanager depends to QtQuick2 that is not included in the meta package "qt-sdk".  
- Please include the package "qtdeclarative5-qtquick2-plugin" to "qt-sdk"
