[Bug 1462060] [NEW] The installer crashed twice while installing to two different USB sticks..

I install Linux onto USB mem-sticks, but this is the first time Ubuntu
has failed like this. These are 16Gb ADATA sticks and have never failed
me before. One is unusable now and I haven't been able to check the
second one yet.
