[Bug 1344058] [NEW] Konversation slow opening external links

I have min17, all the updates are up to date. Using mozilla as browser.

If someone posts a link into the konversation application and i Click it
--> might take several seconds to open the link even browser is open.

I clicked on pidgin chat an external link and the opening was almost
instant.
