Public bug reported:
Latest Kubuntu 15.04 alpha vivid
system-settings 5.1.95
1. Get to System Settings
2. Observe the background and move/resize window. Some faint corruption is visible (looks like mashed pixels). Dolphin File Manager does not have this issue and neither do other areas I have tested.
Reproducible: Always (might be restricted to certain gpu chipsets)
