Public bug reported:

When pressing F1 in KMail, I get the "Documentation not Found" page,
saying "The requested documentation was not found on your computer."

However, the docs ARE installed, since it is contained in the menu on
the left - in Programmhandbücher->Internet->Kmail
(Manuals->Internet->Kmail). They seem to be not properly packaged.
