[Bug 1445395] [NEW] kscreen reports wrong screen resolution

After upgrading from 14.10 to 15.04 beta2 yesterday my laptop works with
the wrong resolution, and I can't fix that via systemssettings.

Issueing 'kscreenconsole' produces the following output:

Kubuntu 14.10
