Public bug reported:

14.04 LTS
k3b 2.0.2

This has happened at least three times, so I'll mention it here.

After k3b appears to write a Blu-ray DVD successfully--

--the k3b GUI announces "Fatal error during recording: input output
error". The progress bar indicate 99% complete. However, the debug
output shown above indicates the write is complete, and there's no
console error output.

If this information is inadequate, let me know what I can do to provide
more.
