[Bug 1450506] [NEW] Kate and FTP

Public bug reported:

Kate don't open files located on a FTP site.  On a double-click, KAte
start, the name of the file appears in a tab, but no text.

You can open au document removing %U from the exec command, but the file
open in a temporary file and don't return to the FTP server before you
quit Kate.
