[Bug 1446132] [NEW] kde systemsettings reacts on doubleclick only

Public bug reported:

On Kubuntu 15.04 pre-release (I did an upgrade from 14.10), the modules
in the system settings can only be reached by double-clicking it. I
never actived double-click anywhere, only and always used single-click.
I see this behaviour also in Kontact/Kmail when switching to HTML view
of an email: I am used it works with single click, but since update it
only does with double-click. So I suppose the real issue is not
application dependent.
