[Bug 1439190] [NEW] unreadable white on yellow "what is color similarity"

1. Click the cube on the right from color palette
2. On the dialog, click "what is color similarity?"
3. Try to read white on yellow.

Cannot make a screenshot, the white on yellow window disappears on any
click.
