[Bug 1383920] [NEW] run command processes view Gui difficult to read

When i click on a process from run comand process view in kubuntu the
menu stop processes and set process priority doesn't appear correctly.
It is discolored white in places while main color is grey. The menu
items are difficult to read if not impossible in places.
