[Bug 1395778] [NEW] Not apply icon themes in GTK-apps

KDE: 4.14.2
gtk2-engines-oxygen: 1.4.5
In Gtk-apps (Gimp, Firefox etc...) show only Gnome-icon theme. Other icon themes not apply!
