[Bug 1391223] [NEW] Windows cannot be rendered when running under VirtualBox

Public bug reported:

When I start Plasma5 under VirtualBox, I can only see empty desktop (no
widgets). Kickoff menu, Alt+F2 launcher are flickering, and if I run any
program, its window is invisible (can be seen in Alt+Tab list however).
I have to disable 3D acceleration in VirtualBox to get usable desktop.

I can say that Project Neon builds from June worked ok, but August build
did not.

OS: KUbuntu 14.10 Plasma 5
