[Bug 1390694] [NEW] Missing package dependency for qtcreator

Bug:

Open "qtcreator" in the terminal, without having installed any
additional packages exccept vanilla Ubuntu and "qtcreator". Observation:
The welcome screen is broken ("welcome" tab on the left), while other
tabs work as expected.

Solution:

install "qtdeclarative5-qtquick2-plugin"

Suggestion:

add this as a dependency.
