[Bug 1322968] Re: Changing country leads to invalid locale

This IS a bug, not an "Invalid country language combinations".
This issue is only happening when using american english as default ("preferred") language.
Using british english language while leaving country to what you want (France in my case) fix the issue

KDE locale gui settings are as follow :
- country define regional settings (time format, numeric, monetary symbol,, etc)
- languages define ... language
