TEST CASE:
>From 12.04 with working KMail/Akonadi upgrade to 14.04.  Start KMail, on some affected users it will be greyed out saying that there was an error with akonadi.  After ugrading to this patched version of akonadi it successfully runs the akonadi update and KMail works again.

   akonadi 1.11.80  fails to start
