[Bug 1318718] [NEW] mysql: column 'name' can not be null when migrating PartTable

Public bug reported:

On upgrading to akonadi 1.12 in Kubuntu 14.04..

Starting kontact brings up a grayed out background for kmail. Indicating
that Akonadi is not running. Pressing the Start button attempts to do an
upgrade of the Database. It errors out and stops.
