[Bug 1298999] [NEW] kleopatra reports that gpgme was compiled without gpgsm support

After an Update from Kubuntu 13.10 to 14.04 Kleopatra shows an error on
update:

1) GpgSM (S/MIME Backend) installation - not supported
A problem was detected with the gpgsm backend.
It seems that the gpgme library was compiled without support for this backend.

2) GpgConf (Configuration) installation - not supported
A problem wasn detected with the gpgconf backend.
It seems that the gpgme library was compiled without support for this backend.

This makes S/MIME unusable in Kmail.
