My latest results with Country=Switzerland / Keymap=Swiss French:

- no problem with Kubuntu 12.04.4 64-bit (the installation succeeds)

- the bug is still present in Kubuntu 14.04 beta1 64-bit (the
installation fails with the usual errors).
