[Bug 1287585] [NEW] KMail 4.11.5 attach vCard creates vcf multiple times

Public bug reported:

When setting "add my vcard" in identity options in KMail 4.11.5 a vcf
file gets attached to each mail.

Expected behaviour: a vcard should be attached only once before sending.
Real behaviour: a vcard is attached each time the message is saved as draft and another time when it is send.
