[Bug 1287548] [NEW] QT opens 3 windows when choosing 'Welcome'

Public bug reported:

I open qtCreator and open 'Welcome' icon on the top left corner. Then I
go on the rider 'Develop'. When I do that, qt opens 2 other windows,
that show nothing and never go away even when I click on 'x'.
