[Bug 1341315] [NEW] Kontact / Korganizer: Categories can not be renamed nor removed

Public bug reported:

After having assigned a set of categories (aka tags) to a set of entries
in Kontact / Korganizer and choosing "Settings" -> "Manage Categories",
you can neither delete old categories permanently nor rename them.

When deleting a category, it vanishes for this session, but reappears
after a restart of kontact (probably because some entries are still
using it). A rename function is not present at all.
