[Bug 1341313] [NEW] "New Event" dialog in Kontact / Korganizer is always on top

Public bug reported:

When creating a "New To-Do" Kontact / Korganizer behaves as expected and
opens a new window for entering the To-Do details.

When creating a "New Event", the dialog is configured as always on top -
which it shouldn't. This makes it necessary to finish editing the Event
details before being able to switch back e.g. to the main window - e.g.
for copying and pasting something.
