[Bug 1272420] [NEW] no debug symbols available

Public bug reported:

hi, i tried to get debug information for a crash, but 4.8.5 has no debug
symbols for x86 and x64.

there’s no parley-dbg and no kdeedu-dbg package at all, and no parley-
dbgsym package from ddebs:

http://ddebs.ubuntu.com/pool/main/p/parley/

how is it possible that ARM debug packages appear, but nox x64 ones?
