Please sync qtchooser 39-g4717841-2 (main) from Debian unstable (main)

Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
  * Merge with Debian unstable, remaining changes:
    - Break qt4 (<= 4:4.8.4+dfsg-0ubuntu3~), not (<= 4:4.8.4+dfsg-1~).

No longer needed, we now have a newer Qt.

    - Make the package Multi-Arch: foreign.

Applied in Debian.

    not detecting the check rule.
